Tim began his role at AEDG as the Business and Regional Workforce Development Director in 2025. In this position, Tim focuses on strengthening business relationships, supporting workforce initiatives, and driving economic development in the county. Before joining AEDG, Tim held leadership roles in education, where he led strategic initiatives to prepare both students and teaching faculty to enhance regional talent pipelines and support local businesses. He is dedicated to fostering a vibrant economic environment in Allen County and its surrounding areas.
