President and CEO, Greater Lima Region 

Dave Stratton is President/CEO of the Greater Lima Region, leading regional efforts to grow jobs, investment, and long-term community development. Since 2015, his leadership across GLR and AEDG has helped drive more than $4 billion in capital investment and earned Lima/Allen County national recognition as a top-performing third-tier metro for development. He is known for building strong public-private partnerships, supporting business expansion, strengthening downtowns, and advancing major generational projects across the region.

A Bluffton native, Dave is a Wittenberg University graduate with a Master of Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University. Before entering economic development, he spent 25 years as owner and CFO of Stratton Greenhouses, growing the company to 70 employees and nearly $2 million in annual sales. He serves on multiple regional boards and remains deeply committed to strengthening the Greater Lima Region for future generations.
